... issues and tissues with a touch of the spicy from the spirit hag ...
... the new sexual psychosis for the modern world

From the ‘disorders one could never tolerate' department comes this little gem ...

A woman in Sydney, Australia who has been caught red-handed by her partner in the act of having sex with another man says she was asleep at the time and had no idea what she was doing.

The woman’s’ partner, (long confounded by  finding used condoms scattered around their home in the morning), was stunned to eventually discover that she was leaving the house in the early morning hours while he slept to wander the streets seeking sex with random strangers.

Apparently aware that his partner was a sleep walker, the man followed her one evening and made the gruesome discovery with his own eyes.

In her defense, the woman has stated that she has no recollection of committing any sexual acts whatsoever.

Cue the woman’s doctor, Peter Buchanan of the (Sydney) Royal Prince Alfred Hospital sleep medicine clinic, who introduces the most unheard of thing I’ve ever heard of  - ‘violent sleep sex disorder'.

Dr Buchanan states that this behaviour involves complex motor behaviour during sleep that is beyond the sufferers’ conscious awareness. "People are often stunned and overwhelmed when they're told what they've been doing" he says.

The ‘violent sleep sex’ disorder, according to the doc, is particularly damaging in that “the partners (and even) doctors of people suffering from the disorder often do not believe the acts were committed while they slept”.

“It's very stressful both for them, for their partner or for their relationship. It also promotes an intense sense of embarrassment on their part and on their partner's behalf ".

When I was writing my retrospective post, I read a lot of my old posts and trust me... I couldn't remember writing more than a few of them, so I think I may have been asleep myself.

I knew I had it when I read a post I wrote about some poor guy that had parked at a light next to a truck hauling liquid manure... and he just happened to roll his window down right before the tank burst...... and no one needed to read that....
