i didn't see the link, but i know you'll fix that as soon as i go to bed and i'll miss it !. it's 3am, and i am dragging my sleepy self off to bed now. goodnight !

And actually, im more "german-ish" than Irish i suppose, because ive never been to Ireland but spent the better parf of my childhood in West Germany.....does that count?

so german-ish does exist after all !. of course it counts !.

1/ Where are your ancestors from ? The north of Africa, the iberian peninsula and France.

2/ What have you lost lately ? Decisiveness

3/ When did you last have a vacation ? You already know the answer. And no, i won't bring it up again.

4/ What was your most recent dream about ? Running across an open plain and then into dense forest. Don't read too much into it, i think it's a recurring childhood memory that finds relevance every once in a while. In this case it's been my new found ability to run after so many years of smoking and a sense of freedom due to my graduation being so near.

5/ Which song is stuck in your head at the moment ? Still Waiting by Sum 41. Read my answer to the last question and it will probably make sense. Damn catchy song to.

1/ Where are your ancestors from ? Paternal - England/Scotland Maternal - the country formerly known as Yugoslavia

2/ What have you lost lately ? About $3000.00 foreign language pay to the Army. Still trying to get it back.

3/ When did you last have a vacation ? One year ago, almost to the day. Although, my mother and sister visited a while back and I took some time off but it was more their vacation, than mine.

4/ What was your most recent dream about ? I don't know... I recently had a dream that is recurring for me where I have the ability to fly...almost... it depends on my ability to keep my legs moving as if I'm running. I can go over anything so long as I'm running.

5/ Which song is stuck in your head at the moment ? I don't know... I only have snippets of it replaying... not even enough to post lyrics and get help figuring it out...I sure wish it would stop, though.

Not sure exactly. Ireland is one for sure.

2/ What have you lost lately ?

The kids usually lose the lid for the milk jug. Things get lost a lot at my house. We waste lots of time looking for homework, the other shoe, the car keys, the peanut butter, the remote, the Pokemon plate, the thermometer, sunglasses, the nailclippers, the permanent marker, the purple Solomon Elementary t-shirt, the cordless phone . . . I could go on . . .

3/ When did you last have a vacation ?

I would consider my husband's leave a "vacation." That was about a week and a half ago. We mostly vegged out and watched movies and played video games, but we also ate at a lot of neat places, went snorkeling in a water-filled volcanic crater (Hanauma Bay), spent a couple of days at the beach, visited the Macadamia Nut farm, went to see A Shark's Tale with the kids at the movie theater, went bowling, and did a bunch more neat stuff. We had a terrific time, and it was so nice to have my husband back at home again.

4/ What was your most recent dream about ?

My sleep has been very interrupted lately because of my ear infection, but the last dream I remember had something to do with me going back home to Texas.

5/ Which song is stuck in your head at the moment ?

I Just Called To Say I Love You Stevie Wonder. My dad used to sing that to me when I was little.

Poland, all of them. Line traces back to the 12th century.

2/ What have you lost lately ?

My way, a few times, damn I hate this city.

3/ When did you last have a vacation ?

Well seeing that I'm still not working anywhere, I suppose I'm on a quasi-vacation right now. If we're talking about a proper vacation...over 8 years ago.

1/ Where are your ancestors from ?

Ireland. My grandmother's father was from Germany, but he abandon the family and drove her mother into a deep depression from which she only escaped by committing suicide. He has since been erased from the family tree. All the rest are Irish.

2/ What have you lost lately ?

All sense of responsibility and perspective...and I blame the Boston Red Sox. Also a glass ring I bought in Venice.

3/ When did you last have a vacation ?

In August I went to England for my best friends wedding and we went on a five day "hen weekend" in Venice (well, Lido off of Venice--we wanted the beach). At the end of November I'm going to Liverpool England for five days to visit some friends. I am a firm believer that I work to live and travelling to see friends makes me happy so I do it as much as possible!

4/ What was your most recent dream about ?
I think I had a dream that the Red Sox won the World Series, but I am being told that it actually happened

5/ Which song is stuck in your head at the moment ?
None--thank you, and I would appreciate if you didn't encourage one to take up residence there!

mmm, all over the world actually. Mostly the Caribbean and Europe.

2/ What have you lost lately ?
Not what, whom, My mom then my aunt. It's been a tough year for us. My father -in-law, my uncle. Wow. I miss my mom a lot.

3/ When did you last have a vacation ?
Ye gads! Well, my best friend recently visited us and we took a week off. She came to us. However, I'm about to take my mom's ashes home next month, but that won't be a vacation.

4/ What was your most recent dream about ?
Again, sorry guys, this must become tiresome, my mom.

France, scotland, england and america before it was america. (I am an 18th american indian)

besides my mind? my glasses and one of my favorite sweaters.

3/ When did you last have a vacation ? I went up to san francisco for a week this past april.

4/ What was your most recent dream about ? Too weird. I was driving all over town trying not to crash into any trees. Huh?

1) france, Ireland, Scotland. My nose leads me to believe I have some Greek genes but I probably don't.

3)recently, paris.

4)I was in a hotel in the middle of the ocean and it was half underwater, I went into the dinning room and it opened out onto a platform on the ocean, which was seperated into about 4 or five swimming pools. One of the pools was like a funnel going down into the water, and I swam down it. There was something I was afraid of down there and I tried to swim back out. But I realised I couldn't swim back up though, and I panicked and drowned.

5) jersey girl, Tom Waits...not the whole song- only these lines (which may be wrong, *tiny bit high*)"I know someday that you'll wear my ring", "the holes on 8th avenue" "Tonight I'm gonna be with you".

1. Ireland, Scotland and on my mother's side there's some pure Australian blood.
2. $1000 on black at the casino. Damn those shiny lights!
3. I went down to Melbourne to visit my folks a few weeks ago as a kind of holiday. But the last "proper" holiday was about 3 months ago, to Coffs Harbour.
4. I don't know. I can never remember dreams.
