apparently it's a hoax, but the site has been re-done to be less overtly hoax-ey than it used to be. still a bit weird -- reading it there was definitely something not quite right. although i did like their "directions" on how to get to their offices: alphabetising all the dog grooming places in some town in florida and going around putting red tape on each of their doors...
