The inventor of the “Superior Efficiency Pulsed Plasma Generator” is selling the rights to their invention on eBay, with a reserve price of US$95million dollars. The following is from the actual listing:

This NEW technology is licensable across hundreds of specific use areas and just "one" exclusive Plasma Petro/Chemical license is expected to command a Minimum of $100 Million US dollars”.

So, what on earth is it ?. Well, I read the full description. Perhaps you would like to do the same. Here it is:

This device has a non-conventional means of operation, whereby obvious novelty is claimed. The device begins rotation upon initial electrical contact across the commutator when the high voltage creates a strong magnetic field within the drive coil/s.

Magnetic stator rotation causes contact separation and the open switch triggers inductive kickback between the coil and contact points, a higher voltage is produced across the contacts whereby system supply voltage stops flowing.  The Plasma forms as a direct result of the magnetically stored voltage within the coil/s used to drive the coil/s and magnetic stator. Since the electrical contact was instantaneously broken at contact separation - the energy required to produce the plasma could NOT have come from the power supply and must have come from the already used energy responsible for magnetic rotor rotation.

The stored electromagnetic charge from within the coil/s allows one electrical pulse to be used twice whereby the pulse input produces stator rotation "AND" the electromagnetically stored energy produces High Energy Plasma upon the inductive kickback event.
